Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous US (48 states). We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories yet. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping cost

US shipping is a flat $8 for Standard or $15 for Express. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We ship to the contiguous US only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, peak seasons and weather can occasionally extend delivery times.

How we fulfill orders

Tailbright works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners that ship products directly to you. As a result, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. You will never be charged extra shipping for split shipments.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also check status on our Track Order page. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show updates after dispatch.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, or arrives damaged, email us at newstorept9@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost or damaged.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped to US addresses; any applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
