These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase from Tailbright ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Tailbright is an online store operated from Portugal; you can contact us at newstorept9@gmail.com.

2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe products and display images as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and dimensions are approximate. Products are intended for normal household pet use; always supervise your pet with new products. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud, stock issues or errors), in which case you'll receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Products are shipped by third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier's confirmed address.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, text, and branding belong to Tailbright or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailbright is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
